Carrenza provides technology and consultancy services ranging from our cutting-edge utility computing platform - Carrenza UCS - to strategic technical planning consultancy. All of this has one goal, helping clients ensure the integrity and delivery of their technical services and data.

From our 2 Internet Data Centres (IDC) in London we provide our wide range of services primarily to clients in media, retail and corporate sectors. There our skilled technical teams research, define, design, build and deliver strong, reliable technical platforms guaranteed by bespoke service level agreements to provide the performance each client needs. 

Our fully redundant, multi-homed network provides connectivity aggregated from major Global Tier1 Backbone providers. it is the basis of our offering and provides huge redundancy and reliability at the core of every client solution. It has been available to every client continuously without interruption since it went live in January 2004. 

Our Support Team are there to provide pro-active informed assistance, in 85% of cases we know before the client does that there is a problem and in over half of cases we simply inform the client that a problem has occurred and that it has ben rectified. It is part of our commitment to be part of our clients teams, to care about their goals and their businesses and to want to help them achieve more.
